Welcome to my blog.
I am brand spanking new to this so bare with me. I just got a wind of spunk, ambition and everything in between this morning and that is what made me want to start this blog. I am an advid gym junkie, and I have aimed to lose some weight and tone some muscles - however since being married its been a bit tough.

Today it was like a kick in the gut...I really need to get myself in gear. As random as it is no day like today! So I am starting this blog to help keep myself on tabs with my progress!
